Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy. Please review the details below:

·       No Returns or Exchanges: Jewelry, Party Wear, and Bridal items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

·       Lawn and Other Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.

·       Worn or Used Items: We do not accept returns for any items that show signs of wear or use.

·       Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required for all returns.

·       Shipping and Delivery Fees: These fees are non-refundable.

Why No Returns or Exchanges? We understand that this policy may raise questions. Here’s why we enforce it:

·       You deserve brand-new, unworn garments. We do not resell returned items as we want every piece you purchase to be in pristine condition.

·       Many of our products are sourced from various manufacturers across Pakistan and imported to the US for your convenience. Returning these items to manufacturers is not feasible due to the high management and shipping costs.

·       Accepting returns would significantly increase costs, leading to a 30% price hike, which we wish to avoid for our customers.
