Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Do not iron the crushed texture flat; if required, use light steam or very low heat from a safe distance. Store loosely folded to help maintain the natural slub-crush effect

Custom or altered products may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Returns
Bridal items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Custom-made, customized, or altered products are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Party Wear and Jewelry may be returned within 7 days of purchase, while Lawn and Other Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unused, and have original tags attached. For in-store purchases, a receipt is required. For online purchases, returns must be requested through the same account used to place the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and return shipping labels are not provided.
